Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. stew meat
8 carrots
8 stalks celery
1 large onion
4 c. tomato juice with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
8 potatoes
Preparation
-
Chop vegetables in bite-size pieces.
Layer all ingredients in order given.
Seal with foil.
Bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
Use a large roaster pan.
Makes a large amount.
