Crusty Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 1/4 c. coconut
    1/3 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Pour milk over coconut; let set 5 minutes. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add milk, coconut and vanilla flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.
