Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 large green pepper
1 large pkg. mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 large can biscuits
1 medium pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 medium pkg. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger; drain.
Chop all vegetables.
Simmer in with hamburger.
Add tomato paste and sauce.
Simmer about 15 minutes. Coat large casserole dish with oil.
Press biscuits into bottom until it is completely covered, even the sides.
Biscuits should be flattened out about 1/2-inch thick.
Fill with cooked meat and vegetables.
Top with both cheeses.
Bake until biscuits are brown.
