Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 small pkg. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and shortening.
    Add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, soda and buttermilk alternately with sugar and shortening mixture.
    Add vanilla and coconut. Bake in three 9-inch pans for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
