French Meatballs And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
10 wet crackers (run water over crackers)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 bell pepper, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped finely
1/4 c. celery, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
flour
olive oil
spaghetti
parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix meat,
eggs, crackers, milk, bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic powder.
Make into meatballs about 1/2 the size of your fist.
Roll in all purpose flour and brown in small amount of olive oil in a skillet. Brown all sides of meat balls lightly. Remove and place in pot of sauce.
