Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Idaho potatoes
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done at 325\u00b0; pierce to allow steam to escape. Cut potatoes in half; remove insides. Whip with butter, cream, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Mix in drained and flaked crab meat. Refill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
