Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Boil and peel potatoes.
    Melt margarine.
    Beat eggs slightly. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour. This souffle can be baked in shallow oblong pan.
