Edna Tuxhorn'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. macaroni, cooked according to pkg. directions
1/2 c. butter, cut into chunks
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into half dollar size chunks
salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. half and half
milk (a little, if needed for liquid)
Preparation

Add butter, Velveeta cheese, salt and pepper and half and half.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and cover with crushed Ritz crackers.
Drizzle melted butter over cracker crumbs and return to oven for 15 minutes.
