Ham-Cheese Oven Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced ham, beef or corned beef, torn into small pieces
1 c. Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk and salt.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased oblong baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch) or an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
