Cranberry Jewel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 orange
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. cranberries
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Add 1/2 cup cold water and set aside to cool.
    Put raw cranberries and orange (quartered and seeds removed) through food chopper.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    When gelatin begins to thicken, fold in cranberry-orange mix.
    Pour into large mold or individual smaller molds and chill.
    Serves 4 to 6.
