Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 1/2 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping a little)
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put sugar,
flour,
cocoa
and 2 cups milk on in double boiler and
bring\tto
scalding point.
Beat egg yolks and add other 1/2 cup milk;
stir
into
hot\tmixture.
When done, add butter and vanilla.
Pour
into crust.
Top with meringue made from egg whites and brown.
