Watermelon Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 lb. watermelon
    1 1/2 c. apricot juice
    2/3 c. lime juice
    1/2 to 3/4 c. honey to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice watermelon; cut into pieces in electric blender at high speed.
    Liquify 2 cups at a time or process in a food processor.
    Add juice and honey, blending until thoroughly mixed. Chill.
    Float a slice of lime in each glass.
    Serves 12.
