Sunday Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium roast
    5 medium potatoes (optional)
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. Dale seasoning
    1/4 c. season salt
Preparation
    Line a large Pyrex pan with foil.
    Cut roast into thin pieces; put in pan.
    Peel, wash and slice potatoes.
    Place with roast.
    Mix together water, Dale's and season salt.
    Pour over roast and potatoes.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
