Bertha'S Orange Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up and skin removed
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 green peppers, diced
Preparation
    In large pan, put chicken, orange juice, onion and seasonings; cover.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add rice; cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
