Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice squash and layer in the bottom of a casserole dish. Saute onion and put on top of squash.
    Add cream of chicken soup. Cover with cracker crumbs, then sprinkle with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
