Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced boiled potatoes (red are best), pared
    1 c. diced bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Add onion and celery; saute until translucent. Add the flour, pepper and salt; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add water, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and parsley.
    Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is thickened.
    Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch or flat casserole pan.
    Pour hot mixture over potatoes; ease through entire dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
