Gourmet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium new red potatoes (approximately 2 lb.)
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
    2 Tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
    1 c. creamy cucumber salad dressing
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, uncovered, in boiling salted water for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool 1 hour and slice into bite size pieces.
    Grind hazelnuts in blender or food processor.
    Combine nuts, salad dressing, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Place potatoes, green beans and artichokes in a large bowl.
    Toss gently with dressing. Chill 1 hour or more.
