Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine
    1 tube round snack crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables as directed; drain.
    Mix half of the crackers with melted margarine; spread in bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix vegetables, cheese, onion, celery and mayonnaise in bowl.
    Pour remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
