Ingredients

4 egg yolks, well beaten
2 c. (1 lb. box) light brown sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 c. warm water
2 baked pie shells
meringue
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well; cook on low heat or double boiler until mixture thickens.
Pour into 2 baked pie shells.
Top with meringue, brown in oven.
Cool.
