Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans (or any nut)
Preparation
    Divide into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Line pans with wax paper. Pour mixture evenly into each pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
