Pecan Jumbo Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (can be melted in microwave)
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    sweetened whipped cream
    Oreo pie crust
    chocolate syrup
    strawberries or maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla, pecans and whipped cream.
    Pour mixture into Oreo crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Before serving, pipe sweetened cream around edge of entire pie or on each piece and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish, if desired. Yield: One 9-inch pie.
