Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, chopped
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour milk over 1 cup bread crumbs.
    Combine squash, onion, 1 tablespoon butter, eggs, salt and pepper; blend well.
    Add to bread mix; stir and blend.
    Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine remaining bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over squash mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
