Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    pinch of soda
    2 c. pumpkin (one 1 lb. can)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Mix the remaining ingredients with an electric mixer and pour into the dish.
    Then mix 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sugar.
    Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
    (This tends to bubble over so put in a large enough dish that will allow for this.)
