Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 large can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add all ingredients except noodles. Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes. Bake another 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered. Stir occasionally.
    Serve over noodles.
