2 (6 oz.) cans select tuna, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
