Homemade Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 c. half and half
    2 c. chopped peaches
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    about 1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar in bowl; mix well.
    Stir in evaporated milk, half and half, peaches, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer container.
    Add milk to fill line. Freeze using manufacturer's instructions.
    May substitute favorite fruit for peaches.
    Yield:
    32 servings.
