Ingredients

3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

In
a small saucepan combine water and sugar.
Bring to boil; reduce
heat
and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Cool slightly. Stir
in
pineapple
juice
and orange juice.
Pour into
pan. Cover
with foil and freeze until firm.
To serve, break
up mixture until mushy.
Spoon into sherbet glasses and serve.
