Turnip Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnip greens
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Wash and
    prepare
    greens;
    pre-boil
    until
    tender
    by adding 1/2 teaspoon
    soda.
    Drain all liquid from greens.
    Put into frying pan; add bouillon cubes, salt and oil.
    Put lid on pan. Let simmer 30 minutes on low heat.
