Ritz Cracker Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 c. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Wash chicken; pat dry. Melt margarine and add garlic salt. Roll chicken in margarine mixture and dip into crumbs.
    Place in ungreased pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
