Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini (1 extra large one)
    4 c. white onions or 3 c. yellow onions
    5 Tbsp. pickling salt
    2 1/4 c. white vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. celery salt or 1 tsp. celery seed
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients well and let stand overnight. Drain, rinse and drain well.
    Put all ingredients in large kettle and boil 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Makes 7 pints.
    Seal in hot sterile jars.
