Jumbo Shells With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo shells
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
    3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can mushrooms
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Cook shells half done; drain water.
    In large bowl, mix salt, pepper, 1/2 can Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, garlic, parsley and seasoned salt together.
    Brown ground beef, onion and mushrooms; drain excess fat and mix with other.
    Add egg.
    Take 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce and put in bottom of baking pan.
    Fill shells with meat sauce; place in pan after all shells are filled. Top with spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with other half of Parmesan cheese and 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover with foil; bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
