Red Onion Potato Salad(Thanks To Ann Tyrell) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. low-calorie Italian dressing
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins, peel and slice while hot.
    Place potatoes in large bowl; add Italian dressing, mix well and chill.
