Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs bulk sausage, mild or spicy
    1 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
    4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 t garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve warm.
    Yield: 6 dozen
