No Fat Vegetable Dip Or Sauce(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt or nonfat sour cream
    1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Blend ingredients.
    Serve warm over cooked vegetables (e.g. baked potatoes, broccoli or use as a veggie dip for carrot sticks, celery, cauliflower, etc.)
