Prune Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced prunes
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. yogurt
    1 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add dry ingredients and then add the yogurt, diced prunes, lemon peel and nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
