Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes, sliced or diced
Preparation

Simmer garlic and onion in a little olive oil; add sliced zucchini.
Cook until tender.
Add 1 can tomatoes or some sliced or diced fresh ones.
Season with salt, pepper and a little basil. Top with mozzarella cheese.
This can be done in skillet or placed in baking dish and placed in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, approximately 25 minutes.
