Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender.
While this is cooking, saute chopped onion in margarine.
Add milk to sauteed onion and also add Velveeta cheese to make cheese sauce.
Drain vegetables.
Mix in beaten eggs and pour cheese sauce on vegetables.
