Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 large marshmallows or 1 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 pkg. lime or orange Jell-O
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Melt marshmallows with milk in top of double boiler.
Pour hot mixture over Jell-O in large bowl.
Stir until Jell-O is dissolved, then stir in cream cheese (cheese may be softened in microwave) until cheese dissolves.
Then add pineapple with juice. Cool slightly and blend in mayonnaise and whipping cream.
Chill overnight or until firm.
Serves 12.
