Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan or glass baking dish with Pam.
Put coconut and pecans on the bottom.
Mix German chocolate cake mix according to the box.
Pour over the nuts and coconut.
Melt cream cheese and margarine together.
Stir in powdered sugar.
Pour over the cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
