Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    1 pkg. chili mix
Preparation
    Brown first 3 ingredients and drain excess grease.
    Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Line bottom of casserole dish with tortilla chips.
    Add a layer of the mixture.
    Alternate layers of tortilla chips with layers of mixture, but have a layer of tortilla chips on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts.
