Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (6 oz.) boxes wild rice
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. water
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook wild rice according to the directions on package.
Pull or chop cooked chicken.
Mix soup, mushrooms, onion, mayo, water chestnuts and water. Then add cooked wild rice and chicken.
Put in large casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
