Special Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soup stock
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sake (Japanese rice wine)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 carrots
    3 to 4 shiitake mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. each Chinese greens, bean sprouts and green onions
Preparation
    Chop the Chinese greens, bean sprouts, green onions, water chestnuts, carrots and mushrooms. Saute the vegetables in cooking oil; do not overcook.
