Pineapple Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Sift together flour and baking powder.
Beat egg whites and salt until forms moist peaks.
Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar and beat well.
In small bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and fluffy. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar.
Stop mixer.
