Sauteed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 C green pepper strips, 1/4 X 2 inch
    1 C sweet red pepper strips, 1/4 X 2 inch
    1 C sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
    1 Tbsp chopped pimento, optional
    1/4 tsp salt
    Dash pepper
Preparation
    Combine green and red pepper strips and mushrooms in 2 qt. casserole.
    Add olive oil, garlic, pimento, salt and pepper. Cover.
