Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix well.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or in microwave oven 10 or 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 portions.
