Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 small onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can peeled tomatoes, drained
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo in medium size saucepan.
    Chop onion in food processor.\tSaute onion in melted oleo for a few minutes.
    Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomatoes that have been chopped in food processor.\tLet simmer until a nice dipping consistency.
    Add Velveeta cheese that has been cubed.
    Cook until cheese is melted, being careful not to let burn.
    Serve with Tostitos corn chips.
