Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 5 1/2 c. peeled potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Beat cream cheese in mixer until smooth.
    Add potatoes and rest of ingredients and beat until well mixed.
    Spoon into buttered casserole.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
