Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 apples
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel and cut apples about the size of a thimble. Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar; set aside.
