Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut up zucchini (skin too)
2 large carrots, grated
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. margarine
4 oz. Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumbs (don't substitute)
Preparation

Toss first 5 ingredients together.
Melt margarine and seasoned crumbs together.
Add 1/2 of crumb mixture to first mixture.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
