    2 c. unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1/4 c. taco sauce (mild)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tomato, cut in wedges
